Responsible and accountable to estimate and manage program and project scope, including customer issues, schedules, timelines and appropriate resource costs, and communications as necessary to ensure implementation is on time and within budget for overall project success.
Assume a lead role in the implementation process and creates value for SAP customers through the effective support and delivery of SAP processes, solutions and products.
The Project Manager will be committed to maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction and growing and developing reference able customers through their implementation, investigation, analysis, instruction and relationship building efforts.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Relationship Building
Establish credibility and confidence with all members of assigned customers’ virtual account teams, including those of partners and affiliates
Establish credibility and confidence with the project team and customer implementation team and support staff through the effective delegation of responsibilities to consultants and the development of effective project guidelines and plans
Develop trusted advisor status with select customers to ensure strong relationships and strategic references
Project Leadership
Assume primary responsibility for the successful implementation of SAP processes, solutions and products within assigned accounts
Analyze customers’ business requirements, needs and objectives and map them to the SAP processes, solutions and products that are being implemented
Assist in the sale of large-scale implementation projects
Develop implementation strategies and plans
Perform project quality assurance reviews |
